A reminder that the Annual Meeting is tomorrow, 5/13 10am at the pool shelter
In addition to standard business, we will be voting on the assessment increase and a proposed amendment to the Declaration of Covenants. Brush pick up – May 30th
Craneridge HOA is having a brush pick up on Tuesday May 30 . We have hired Modern Tree Service to pick up and grind brush . Please, nothing larger than 8-10 inches in diameter or longer than 4 feet . Spring Workday
The annual Craneridge Spring workday will be held on Saturday April 29 from 9:30 to 12:30 at the pool , to be followed by pizza and beverages. Please join your neighbors to keep Craneridge beautiful.
Budget Vote
Make sure you get out and vote. The budget vote is April 8th, 12 pm to 1 pm at the pool shelter. Also, feel free to vote electronically on this site (See voting information tab).
Easter Egg Hunt
Easter Egg Hunt at pool shelter, Saturday 4/8/17 @ 10:30am. Snacks, chocolate, Grand Prizes, Easter egg coloring.
Must be chaperoned by an adult.
