The old refrigerator in the pool building is no longer working and we would like to replace it. First, we’d like to check with the community to see if anyone has a used refrigerator they would like to donate to the community.

NOTE: This meeting is open to all community members. Masks will be required. We will also practice social distancing (unless you are from the same household). Please bring a chair with you so that it will be easier to stay at least 6 feet apart.

• Use of the pool is limited to Craneridge residents who are in good standing.
• Family members of resident’s may use the pool as guests, however residents must be present at the pool with their guests.
• ALL residents and guests must sign in & out
• Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests
• The entire recreation area has be designated as A SMOKE FREE AREA

Each year we get together for one morning to spruce up the common property of Craneridge. Neighbors pitch in to clean up the Pool Center, Mail Center and Meadow as needed. This year we will meet at the Pool Center on July 18th at 9:00AM. Please bring rakes, shovels, trowels, hand tools, wheel barrows, and good spirits to help with the work.
